How does billing work?
Memberships bill monthly on the day you sign up. Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure checkout and never pass through this website.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
What if we need to pause for a while?
Get in touch and we will pause your membership. Any hours you have already paid for stay on your account — they never expire.
Can I switch plans later?
